A smaller, more concentrated creative resource.

Headfirst Creative delivers smart creative to clients who wish for greater attention to detail, greater attention to their business, and greater ideas in general. Put another way, our goal is to offer clients agency-level creative and marketing support without the considerable costs and bureaucracies typically associated with many agency relationships. Because Headfirst is a small agency, we don’t have the usual layers that bog down the creative process at larger shops. You work with the idea-generators directly.

We believe people buy on emotion and back it up with logic. Research shows us again and again that companies must give their audience reasons to love you before they’ll consider buying from you. That’s why we work hard to develop ideas and campaigns that capture your essence, and at the same time, grab hold of your audience’s heart.

Jake Garver, Art Director/Web Developer

A rare breed of designer, Jake Garver both designs AND codes his websites. His understanding of all sides of the development process gives him a unique perspective on functionality, thus providing his clients with a comprehensive approach to their website’s design. This combination of skills allows him to produce standards-compliant, search-engine friendly, semantic code operating beneath his beautiful designs.

His experience draws from many sources, and covers a wide range of creative specialties, including hand-drawn and digital illustration, design of print and collateral material, creation of logos and brand identities, and the development of comprehensive interactive websites.

Jason Quintiliano, Art Director, a.k.a. “Quint”

Quint is a great creative collaborator and Art Director who always puts concept before the call-to-action. He’s had an impressive career working at some of the top direct marketing agencies in the world, including Grey Direct (where previously he worked with Scott Whitney) and Digitas. He’s created campaigns for American Express, Chase and Disney. He’s fluent in Direct Mail and all things print-related.

In his spare time, Quint spends time with his wife, son and dog, cooking with herbs from his garden, brewing his own beer and making hot sauce. Yes, Quint is a manly man, but oddly enough, was watching Clone Wars when Jeter reached his 3,000th hit.
